My name is Clare Strawson and I’m a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist and Reflexologist practising in the Middlesex and West London area.

I believe that our modern diet and lifestyle of processed foods, stress, lack of exercise etc is a key reason why people suffer toxicity and less than optimal body function, resulting in symptoms which mean you don’t feel at your best.

Nutritional Therapy and Reflexology can help strengthen the body’s natural healing processes to help you achieve and maintain good health.

About Me

I qualified as a nutritional therapist at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition and trained in reflexology at The College of Naturopathic Medicine London.

I am a member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Association of Reflexologists.  I am also registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), which is the regulator for complementary healthcare in the UK.
